∎ Firm grasp of JavaScript (and optionally TypeScript or Clojure Script) language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
∎ Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms.
∎ Experience with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
∎ Must have familiarity with native build tools, such as Xcode (for iOS) and Gradle (for Android).
∎ Understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to translate designs into high-quality code.
∎ Problem-solving skill especially experience with competitive programming is a plus experience with real-time video conferencing and collaboration.
∎ Knowledge of WebRTC and related technologies.
∎ Understanding of audio/video streaming and optimization techniques.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
∎ Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with iOS and Android.
∎ Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure a native-like experience.
∎ Write well-docume Build nted, clean JavaScript code and maintain automated tests for quality assurance.
∎ As a React Native developer, you will play a crucial role in creating performant mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms. Your responsibilities will include architecting and building these applications, as well as collaborating with other teams responsible for different layers of the product infrastructure.
