Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Microbiologist (Bakery & Confectionery item).
∎ Preference will be given to those working in Bakery and Confectionery items.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to ensure microbiological growth in the finished product, water, raw materials, etc
∎ Processing and analyzing of samples.
∎ Testing and ensure microbiological quality of raw materials and finishing products of Confectionery and Bakery Item etc.
∎ Enumeration, interpretation, publishing and entry of generating data.
∎ Calibration, Validation and maintaining SOPs for combating ISO.
∎ Ensuring monitoring of environment personal hygiene sanitation cleanliness.
∎ Micro monitoring of WTP, ETP and all kinds of H2O necessary for production
∎ Over all hygiene environment in the production area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Microbiology Lab Experience in Confectionery & Bakery Item.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
