∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of products as per local authority & international.
∎ Ensure In-process Quality Control (IPQC) activities, Manufacturing, Packaging and labeling operation monitoring according to complies with batch record, sampling plan.
∎ • Actively work with the production team and assist them for achieving high levels of compliance with food legislation and standards of HAACP procedures
∎ Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet the quality standards.
∎ Organize record keeping and documentation of QC activities.
∎ Anticipate problems / defects that may arise in the manufacturing process and take preparation accordingly.
∎ Ensure each and every inspection including proper traceability for the online production & delivery.
∎ Ensure every lot of Incoming Raw & packaging materials quality through Lab test as per standards
∎ Conduct quality control tests for Biscuit, Chocolate, Edible Jell, Candy, Bread, Cake etc.
∎ Maintaining the Internal calibration records up to date.
∎ Train, Motivate & Supervise the QC team to meet the objectives.
∎ Determine high customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance / quality.
∎ Ensure the factory personal hygiene & sanitation through proper monitoring & training
∎ Monitor Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and Proper documentation of PDI.
∎ Experience about implementation & audit of different certification like ISO 9000, ISO 22000, Product License from BSTI.
