• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology

• 2 to 3 years

• Age At most 40 years

M. Sc in Microbiology from any reputed University.Two years in any Microbiological Lab/ Food & Beverage products will be preferable.

• To Conduct the Microbiological tests of different parameters related with Food and Beverage Products. 

• Record keeping and reporting as per ISO standards.

• To ensure safe Food and Beverage, monitoring personnel hygiene test.To ensure random sampling from different areas of the production process as per ISO standards.

• To ensure the recording, analyzing and interpreting data as per SOP.Ensuring safe and healthy food production as standard in all processing steps.

• Ensure regular Inspection of sugar Manufacturing process and to prevent possible Microbial contamination in any place of production line to be checked.

• All analytical works in Microbial laboratory to be done as per ISO- 22000:2005 and FSSC 22000 Standard.

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly -Any analytical reports to be submitted to QC Manager and Chief chemist and carry out any assignment given by the Senior Management when required.
