Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC/HSC/Education: Minimum graduate from reputed university in any discipline.
∎ Educational requirements flexible for experience candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently handle the TTL Merchandising works
∎ Prepare cost sheet for each product or item, review production tech-pack, identify the new materials, clarify the discrepancies and arrange the standards for each key accounts as per the requirements
∎ Source materials with good quality and competitive price
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials booking and delivery
∎ Coordinate with buying office and handle buying QC
∎ Prepare TnA plans and follow the approved TnA plan accordingly
∎ Communicate with all suppliers to ensure orders are done as per specification
∎ Follow the process and procedures of buyers
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper and on-time production
∎ Book trims and accessories for initial and repeat orders and follow delivery dates with suppliers
∎ Follow-up on all approval process - fabric, trim, wash etc.
∎ Make file for each style and ensure all required information is in the file
∎ Review production status with Supervisor and push the delivery on time
∎ Attend PP meetings
∎ Attend weekly QA meeting to follow-up the quality and production status
∎ Liaise with the factories to ensure actions is taken for potential problems
∎ Arrange sample dispatch to customers and suppliers
∎ Handle development stage activities independently
∎ Assist in preparing required reports, documentation, filing and data entry
∎ Coordinate the customers and suppliers' visits
∎ Visit factory routinely to ensure the required standards are maintained
∎ Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiatives to solve problem by sharing information with supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 60 years
∎ Highly skilled in computer including MS Word, Excel, Internet, E-mail, etc.
∎ Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Woven, Knit & Sweater.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing and merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Enthusiastic and hard-working.
∎ Good team approach
∎ The applicants work experience with Japanese Buyer will be given priority.
