• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB)
• Graduation in any discipline with extensive practical experience in garments production management

• Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
• Monitor SMV, efficiency, and productivity.
• Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
• Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
• Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on-time shipment.
• Setup sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
• Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.
• Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
• Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.
• Achieve maximum production by the lowest cost.
• Coordinate with IE, Cutting, Finishing, and other related departments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate all department for smooth Garment manufacturing.
• Ensure on-time delivery of orders within quality and compliance standards.
• Supervise and guide production teams and line supervisors.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Quality and Supply Chain departments.
• Report production performance and suggest improvements to management.
• Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
