Responsibilities & Context:
Merchandising expectation - to support the Senior Merchandisers in their work managing the garment orders in the Bangladesh approved factories , from order handover through to delivery .
Meeting Customer & Company requirements - Ensuring that all tasks given by the Senior Merchandisers are completed.
Effective communication with the BD Teams ; ensuring there is good teamwork and smooth communication with the Merchandising Manager and all members of the BD team for all information .
Effective Factory communication - Working closely and effectively with approved BD factories merch teams for all work given by the Merchandising manager.
Purchase orders log (PO log) -Check the PO`s that the UK team send - ie PO`s & Customer PO`s - crosscheck for accuracy and save on the global drive.Bulk & AAL Testing reports - check and save in the merch folder on the Global drive for every style.
Trims information - support the senior merchandisers on the accessories /trims sheet approval work for each style Log bulk knitwear & Fabric dye lots rcvd from HK & send to the factories.
Monitor missing submissions of bulk knit down & Shade band from factories including trim cards before production starts.
For Cut & Sew this includes other trims ( thread, hanger loops, buttons etc.)
Monitor & follow up Sample ( prods/ Range/ color) sent and update the Senior Merchandisers.
Receive and send lab dip request from UK to the factories.
To manage customer systems info Manage/follow up MPOs placed with mills To help development team with various issues
