Responsibilities & Context:
Excellent technical skills in ladies jersey wear & outerwear products - ie patterns & grading (manual & computer), garment construction knowledge, quality inspection skills, and fabric technical knowledge is an advantage.
Strong problem solving and judgement skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla - should be used to working with foreign team members and customers over zoom , email and telephone – to conduct customer sample fit sessions and to discuss and resolve issues.
Proven experience and ability to work with all levels of employees in factories and customers , in a multi-national organization.
Detailed knowledge about the garment production process in factories from sampling until shipment.
Strong personal skills and ability to resolve conflict.
Able and willing to work under pressure.
High level of computer literacy (Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Word, Excel).
Excellent administration skills for keeping and filing style documents that are shared with offshore teams.
To ensure that all samples made by garment factories before bulk production meet the customers & company`s requirements.
To ensure that sample construction is production friendly and required quality standard is achievable.
