∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 1. Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
∎ 2. 5-7 years of experience in merchandising within the RMG sector, preferably with exposure to woven denim products.
∎ 3. Strong knowledge of textile materials, costing, and production processes.
∎ 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with teams and meet buyer expectations.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Lead product development to create designs that meet client expectations and trends.2. Use CAD/design skills to help visualize and adjust product details.3. Have a strong understanding of denim fabric sourcing and washing processes to ensure quality and meet buyers’ standards.4. Manage the sampling process from start to finish, ensuring samples align with design and quality goals.5. Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers, maintaining excellent correspondence and presentation skills for clear updates and approvals.
