Skills Required: Garments Merchandising
Additional Requirements:
- Age 26 to 34 years
- Should have good command in English in writing and speaking.
- Good knowledge in computer handling.
- Has ability to work in a team.
- Experience on Merchandising on Woven Garments.
- Good understanding on fabric terms (knowledge of all types, particularly on woven fabrics).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Product development and follow up till shipment.
- Build and maintain strong business relationship with buyers and vendors.
- Costing and confirmation of price, placement of orders, etc.,of all woven garments.
- Monitor production and ensure time schedule and quality of garments.
- Monitor opening of BTB-LC’c (by the factory) and processing of shipping documents, follow up with Forwarder, Shipping Agent, Liaison with bank etc.
- Adequate knowledge on woven washing technique along with washing cost.
- Negotiate competitive price with buyers and supplier.
