∎ Graduation in Textile Engineering from BUTEX will be preferred. Post-graduation with specialization on the relevant fields also can apply.

Job Context:
∎ Silken Sewing Ltd. is a well reputed & diversified business conglomerates in Knit Garments, is currently going through a major expansion in its production/Operation, looking for Skilled professional in for the position of Asst./Manager Merchandising.
∎ Job Location : Factory (Gazipur) & Head Office (Uttara, Dhaka).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ . The talented we are looking for will be primarily responsible for:
∎ Follow up total order from development to shipment.
∎ Able to do costing, product development, BOM and T&A Plan
∎ Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality.
∎ Should have considerable knowledge on different techniques of print, embroidery & wash.
∎ Effective Communication for raw materials.
∎ Able to Source, negotiate and also able to deliver the right products at the right price on time.
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample and bulk production.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Should be able to make internal plan with CP / TNA for tracking production & final inspection for on time shipment.
∎ Detail follow up time line of each order with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
∎ To follow-up with planning/production/commercial team and ensure shipments in time.
∎ Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc.) and update buyers.
∎ Detail follow up time line of each order with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
∎ Analyzing sales information and actual CM
∎ Producing sales projections and
∎ All other merchandising activities to lead a team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Merchandising and Marketing in Knit Garments.
∎ Must have strong communication with the foreign buyers.
∎ Having experience in Semi /Large Knitwear factory
∎ Able to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytically ability.
∎ Should have strong communication skill in English.
∎ Having Sound knowledge on computer.
Salary:
∎ 40,000-45,000 (Negotiable)
