Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Management (MBM) in Textile, Master of Business Management (MBM) in Textile
∎ MBA/ BBA in Marketing from any reputed University Or Graduation in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Merchandising
∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling

∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing new market, potential customers and new orders through promoting organization strength and maintaining continuous customer relation and communication. Overall orders follow up and manage team members to meet ultimate business and performance goal.
∎ Regular Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications, managing all samples & getting all required approvals within the target dates Constantly guiding the sample with production teams keeping in mind the bulk production & the challenges during the bulk production - at the same time ensuring high quality, high efficiency & high productivity. Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure to maintain buyer's date line for both samples & production
∎ Must have the ability to manage all team to be on time for sample & production
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of, products, fabrics, accessories, trims, etc
∎ Ensure sample and bulk shipment as per customer's requirement.
∎ Garments costing, payment condition, Mode of shipment, any others terms and condition and order confirm with customer.
∎ Price confirms and order placing in factory.
∎ Coordination and follow up with QC department, commercial department, garments factory, accessories factory etc. and other relevant entity to ensure smooth production, shipment and payment.
∎ Motivate, develop and inspire the team members to be customer focused and perform according to expected level.
∎ To attend customer meeting locally or in abroad and ensure orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in the following business area(s):Buying House, Composite knite Garments Factory, Textile etc.
