Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must know Knit Garments Costing.
∎ TNA based order follow up.
∎ Buyer Communication.
∎ Strictly maintained Supply Chain & control Raw Materials properly through purchases order.
∎ Yarn to Fabric Follow up, Fabric Costing, Booking to In-house.
∎ Order Closing Report after shipment submitted to Accounts Department
∎ Production Follow up: Cutting to Shipment.
∎ Review new tech packs and developments to identify any critical points and provide the right details to the factory
∎ Take the list of daily issues from each order for factory and address the problems
∎ Ensure quick decision making by involving the Team Manager / Quality Manager on critical issues
∎ Take the lead on Pre-production meetings
∎ Ensure all customer requirements are met in production based on customer tech packs
∎ Recommend any changes to the products or process improvements, which can help make production friendlier for construction without changing the aesthetics of the garment
∎ Check the production/QC files is complete prior handing over to the QA department
∎ Conduct production meetings with the factories and QA team as per the allocated time and follow up with the factories on the progress of the orders
∎ Book production space with factories in advance and maintain capacity utilization chart which is to be updated at all times
∎ Select and visit different production, printing, and embroidery factories and build long-term relationships for future orders
∎ Evaluate factory performance regularly, give feedback to the Team Manager concerning factory issues and recommending solutions
∎ Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization
