Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering or Apparel Manufacturing or professional degree in Apparel Merchandising will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Garments Merchandising

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To make effective negotiation on costing with the buyer/ buying office(s) to take the order on premium thereby excel account revenue and profit.
∎ • Should capable to handle different buyer's order independently.
∎ • Capable to prepare costing sheet, pricing and consumption of woven garments.
∎ • Capable to prepare order wise TNA file and execution shipment accordingly.
∎ • Managing all issues to ensure timely shipment with a good quality product.
∎ • Having strong sourcing of fabrics, trims and accessories from home and aboard and ensure that fabric and accessories are available in the factory within the time frame.
∎ Co-ordinate with production team in order to deliver on time shipment.
∎ To make effective negotiation of the changes in ship date and order qty. In addition, handles mode of shipment, complains, claim etc.
∎ Establish, monitor and follow-up Critical Path / Time & Action Plan Management to ensure timely shipment
∎ Follow-up of product development samples and approval.
∎ Co-ordinate between the department of supply Chain & PCD to ensure risk free bulk production.
∎ Negotiate all consumption and costs (CM, Fabric, Trims, Accessories, wash, Print, Embroidery, etc.) with internal concerned persons.
∎ Preparing order wise BOM (Bill of Materials).
∎ Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals
∎ Coordinate with Planning Manger to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing his order in the lines.
∎ Involves in final inspection of his order.
∎ Liaison with Commercial Team about packing list, shipping documents, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc.) and update buyers.
∎ Takes all preparation related to existing customer's visit.
∎ Must have experience in Denim for leading brands.
∎ Having adequate knowledge in garments washing (specially denim fabrics).

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong in English written and oral communication skills
∎ Strong Analytical skills
∎ The ability to deliver under pressure
∎ Candidate should be prepared for long working hours at factory based.
∎ Having strong knowledge of woven, denim, non denim products
∎ Having sound knowledge in wet, dry process, special work finish will be a plus point
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Allow only experienced candidates. Fresher no need to apply.
