∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ We have two vacancies: Senior Merchandiser (5+ years experience) and Junior Merchandiser (2+ years experience).
∎ Experience needed for senior merchandiser 7-8 years in similar fields.
∎ Experience needed for mid level merchandiser 4-5 years in similar fields.
∎ Must have basic knowledge of trim accessories or garment Merchandising.
∎ You should have the ability to work independently and good marketing skills.
∎ Must have teamwork ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Commutation with buying office, buyers, and Factories.
∎ Daily order follow-up: you are communicating with your buyer, receiving samples, measuring and checking them yourself(!), making comment sheets yourself(!), and making sure you send out only those samples that will be approved!
∎ Ensure proper coordination and follow-up with related internal departments ( Development, QC, Commercial, CR, Sourcing, etc.) to ensure smooth production.
∎ Must handle orders independently and update the management through summary presentation.
∎ Closely monitor production reports and time-to-time follow-up production to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Smart, Self-confident, fresh mentality & innovative power to motivate the team.
∎ Handle order details with the factory and maintain an overview to achieve on-time delivery.
∎ Visit factories and buyers regularly for marketing.
∎ Report to your manager as well as the top management.
∎ Invites applicants interested in a long-term, challenging, and rewarding career, cooperates with relevant teams to secure sourcing of trims and accessories based on requirements, and can handle Merchandising and Marketing.
