Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the offset printing production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
∎ Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet schedules and targets.
∎ Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for all printed materials.
∎ Plan and schedule production to optimize output and minimize downtime.
∎ Manage raw materials and consumables to ensure sufficient stock levels.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of offset printing machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.
∎ Implement measures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
∎ Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
∎ Collaborate with procurement, sales, and quality assurance teams to meet customer requirements.
∎ Prepared and presented production performance reports to senior management.
