Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Apparel Manufacturing Management & Technology.
∎ Any third class not allowed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Reputed Export oriented Garments or Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up an order from product development to shipment.
∎ Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes.
∎ Meet with suppliers and manage the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices with suppliers.
∎ Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence.
∎ Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production and on time shipping the goods.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales.
∎ To make costing, TNA, Sourcing of trims & accessories, & fabric.
∎ Carry out quality assurance program on supplier and production units and take necessary initiative to avoid quality failure in the initial level of operations.
∎ Setting KPI for the department as well as on time shipment plan also.
∎ Coordinate & communicate with other departments for various inter departmental activities.
∎ Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with them as and when they occur.
∎ Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
∎ Ability to work under pressure as well as in Factory including Shipment execution also
∎ Any other needful requirements for smooth operations of the said position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
∎ Capable to manage different Buyer's requirement independently.
∎ Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion for every different order.
