Responsibilities & Context:
Karim Textiles Limited - A Concern of Purbani Group is looking for some experienced and dynamic professionals for the position of Merchandiser.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle the complete merchandising process independently including costing, sampling, production, and shipment.
Follow up all sample developments and bulk production activities.
Communicate with buyers regarding proto/development sample comments and approvals.
Coordinate with SCM team for sourcing yarn, fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Arrange trims and accessories approval from buyers.
Coordinate lab dips, knitting, yarn booking, and proto sample submissions within timeline.
Arrange PP sample accessories and execute PP sample development according to buyer comments.
Book yarn, fabric, trims, and accessories as required.
Follow up suppliers to ensure timely in-house delivery according to T&A plan.
Monitor production progress and ensure timely shipment.
Participate in PP meetings and weekly merchandising meetings.
Maintain effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare garment costing and pricing accurately.
