Job Context:
∎ Debonair Group, A leading garments manufacturer & Exporter (outer wear Jacket products) in Bangladesh grows its revenue by maintaining strong relationships with its international brands, and we are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to act as that business conduit. The Merchandiser will be responsible for working with our merchandising team to make sure that the existing operation will run very smoothly and take responsibility to attract new buyers.
∎ Workplace : Work at factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be assigned to follow up the buyers order.
∎ Follow up TNA.
∎ Good knowledge in price quotation and product development of Outerwear products.
∎ To prepare purchase orders, internal order & costing sheets.
∎ Sound knowledge on production jacket product and follow-up shipment on time.
∎ To mediate production and quality department and work closely with QA to ensure best final product & take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment.
∎ Ensure minimum lead time to production & execute the maximum profit from all merchandise
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling more demanding and globally renowned customers.
∎ Candidate must be expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders, shipment follow-up and communication with buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have practical knowledge on Outer wear Garments.
∎ Must have capability & experience for maintaining padded and non-padded jackets.
∎ Should have good marketing and communication skill.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, uses of internet is a must.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Communication skills both in oral and written in English and email communication.
Salary: Negotiable
