Experience:
Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from product development to shipment for intimate apparel (lingerie, underwear, shapewear, etc.).
Coordinate with buyers/customers for order follow-up, costing, sample approval, and delivery schedules.
Prepare time and action (T&A) calendars and ensure on-time execution by close coordination with production, quality, and sourcing teams.
Track fabric, trims, and accessories procurement and ensure timely delivery to meet production timelines.
Collaborate with design and technical teams to handle sample development, fit comments, and approvals.
Maintain strong communication with production, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing departments to ensure smooth Cut-to-Pack workflow.
Monitor order status, identify risks/delays, and take proactive measures to resolve production or supply chain issues.
Maintain all merchandising documentation, records, and reporting as per buyer and factory standards.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, factory policies, and ethical sourcing practices.
