∎ Minimum Master or MBA in any background
∎ Textile background will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowing process of WM CA. Analyze customer progress reports in terms of growth/shortcomings/product and price points, get customer feedback on orders and close the orders with clarity on cost/ margin.
∎ Product development and Production knowledge
∎ Review new tech packs and developments to identify any critical points and provide the right details to the factory.
∎ Suggest the right factory for the right product and participate in the factory selection process from sample stage.
∎ Pay close attention to detail. Take the list of daily issues from each order for each factory and address the problems.
∎ Ensure quick decision making by involving the Team Manager / Quality Manager on critical issues.
∎ Take the lead on Pre-production meetings.
∎ Ensure all customer requirements are met in production based on customer tech packs.
∎ Are known to be a problem-solver. Recommend any changes to the products or process improvements, which can help make production friendlier for knitting/linking/construction without changing the aesthetics of the garment.
∎ Check the production/QC files is complete prior handing over to the QA department.
∎ Conduct production meetings with the factories and QA team as per the allocated time and follow up with the factories on the progress of the orders
∎ Book production space with factories in advance and maintain capacity utilization chart which is to be always updated.
∎ Select and visit different production, printing, and embroidery factories and build long-term relationships for future orders.
∎ Evaluate factory performance regularly, give feedback to the Team Manager concerning factory issues and recommending solutions.
∎ Source and develop new factories as per requirements and regularly introduce new products, new yarns, and new factories to the team.
∎ Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Have an outgoing personality since this is a customer-oriented job.
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ensure all customer emails are answered within 24hrs and all actions have been taken promptly.
∎ Product development and Production knowledge.
∎ Walmart experience is must.
