Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and find the new buyer along the development, customer satisfaction of all level and competitive process and increasing profit margins.
∎ Reports to owner and top management monthly performance of all departments.
∎ Coordinates with the development and implementation of an effective corrective.
∎ Training and monitoring marketing merchandising team to achieve company's required goals monthly and targets.
∎ Manages the entire garments manufacturing from merchandising, planning, cutting, sewing, printing, finishing and packing and delivery.
∎ Acting as a merchandising and marketing development program analyst and business intelligence partner in the category managers 'strategy development process; Collaborating with cross functional partners example: Marketing, pricing, merchandising planning, finance &supply chain functions to for cast accuracy and vendor profitability.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
