• MBA in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or buyer communication (freshers with strong English-speaking skills may also apply).

• Basic understanding of the garment/apparel industry preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, and MS Office.

• Ability to conduct meetings with foreign buyers is a plus.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.

• Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of international clothing markets (Europe, USA, Canada, etc.).

• Basic negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a professional and self-confident Senior Executive (International Buyer Sourcing) to support our marketing team in identifying and connecting with international buyers. This is an entry-to-mid level role ideal for candidates eager to build a career in apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential international buyers and clothing brands.

• Support senior team members in buyer communication and follow-ups.

• Manage social media (especially LinkedIn) to connect with new buyers.

• Follow up on leads and build business relationships.

• Conduct online research to explore global market prospects.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and buyer communications.

• Maintain buyer databases and communication records.

• Participate in virtual meetings (Zoom, LinkedIn, email, etc.).

• Coordinate internally to share buyer requirements with production teams.

• Prepare weekly reports on sourcing activities and progress.

• Performance-based incentives.
