·         Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, BMS; ability to read technical drawings and schematics

·         Trade license (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred; HVAC certification preferred; Fire safety training; First aid/CPR

·         Strong Leadership with minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory role, problem-solving, decision-making under pressure, communication, team management

Context:

The MEP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems at SuperGolf.

This role leads a team of 25–30 technical staff across multiple shifts, ensures that preventive maintenance is completed on schedule, responds to emergencies, and maintains overall system reliability.

The MEP Supervisor serves as a front-line leader, ensuring that guest comfort (HVAC, lighting, and water systems) and operational continuity (power and fire safety systems) are maintained at all times. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to make quick, effective decisions during system failures.

Key Responsibilities

Daily MEP Operations Supervision

·         Supervise the daily operation of all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS).

·         Respond immediately to critical system failures (e.g., power outages, chiller failures, fire alarms).

Preventive Maintenance Management

·         Execute the weekly preventive maintenance (PM) schedule as assigned by the MEP Operations Manager.

·         Assign PM tasks to technicians and verify their completion.

Reactive Maintenance & Emergency Response

·         Respond to emergency maintenance requests (e.g., power failures, chiller trips, water leaks, fire alarms).

·         Ensure critical systems are restored within the target MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).

Team Leadership & Supervision

·         Assign daily tasks based on priority and technician skill level.

·         Identify training needs and recommend them to the MEP Operations Manager.

Safety & Compliance

·         Ensure all MEP work complies with safety regulations and company policies.

·         Enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures for all maintenance activities.

Inventory & Spare Parts Management

·         Receive and inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy.

·         Maintain organized storage and accurate inventory records.

Documentation & Reporting

·         Maintain a daily log of MEP system operations and maintenance activities.

·         Prepare shift summary reports for the MEP Operations Manager.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

·         Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance work.

·         Supervise on-site contractor activities to ensure quality and safety.
