  • Proficiency in MEP-related software and tools; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is preferred.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee and manage all on-site MEP activities (mechanical, electrical, IT, and plumbing) to ensure projects adhere to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of project plans, specifications, and design documents for compliance with local codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Collaborate with civil and interior design engineers to review and approve mechanical shop drawings, ensuring seamless engineering integration.
  • Coordinate closely with project authority, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of MEP works and alignment with project objectives.
  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure the timely execution of MEP activities, addressing any potential delays or conflicts proactively.
  • Perform site inspections, ensuring high-quality MEP installations and promptly addressing issues or deficiencies.
  • Attend system tests (e.g., piped system pressure tests, air conditioning duct leakage tests) to verify compliance with standards.
  • Manage MEP project costs, including material procurement, labor, and equipment, ensuring adherence to budgets.
  • Collaborate with design consultants to incorporate design changes when necessary, ensuring flexibility and alignment with evolving project needs.
  • Monitor on-site health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including drawings, specifications, progress reports, and as-built records.
