Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have MBBS in any discipline (Major in Gynecology/ Medicine will be given preference)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide standard medical services to the employees of BRAC Dairy and Food Project and BRAC Printing Pack and conduct routine medical checkup to certify physical fitness of the employees
∎ To conduct pre- employment medical check-up to ensure recruitment of candidate with sound health
∎ To ensure effective management of medical tools, equipment, First Aid box, medicines and assets of the medical centre
∎ To conduct health checkup of children before taking in the Day Care centre and periodic health checkup for the children of Day Care centre
∎ To maintain health records & ensure on time reporting to the management.
∎ To conduct awareness campaigns on OHSE & industrial hygiene at BRAC Dairy and Food Project Factory and BRAC Printing Pack.
∎ To maintain liaison with Hospital & Diagnostic centre for admission, treatment and different pathological test of BDFP and BPP employees as required.
∎ To provide First Aid trainings to emergency medical response team.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Clinic/ Hospital preferably in Gynecology/Medicine
∎ Must have ability to identify the complex problem solving, stress management and able to prescribe the basic treatment
∎ Must have sound knowledge on health issues, Public Safety and Security, Therapy, Counseling and Psychology
∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to be an effective and credible voice internally and externally when presenting findings.
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
∎ Must have skill of multitasking and have to work under pressure.
