Responsibilities & Context:
ROLE PURPOSE
The City Coordination Officer is the lead project representative at district/Pourashava level, responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supervising all project activities related to nature-based solutions (NbS), pond restoration, rooftop/vertical gardening, women-led climate enterprises, community engagement, youth monitoring systems, training, and institutional collaboration.
The role ensures the achievement of planned outputs, the timely implementation of milestones, high-quality delivery, and strong partnerships with Pourashava authorities, the District Commissioner’s office, schools/colleges, local NGOs/CSOs, women/youth groups, and community committees.
