• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Science (MSc)

• A certificate course on Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management (PGDPM).
• Preference will be given to those with a bachelor's or master's degree in agriculture.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Must have experience managing staff and working with farmers at the field level

Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation (BONDHU) has a longstanding history of working on environment and climate related issues. Currently, BONDHU is implementing “Climate-Friendly Agriculture Project” along with other projects. BONDHU is inviting applications from sincere, proactive, hardworking as well as skilled candidates for the following position under this project.

Responsibilities:

• Project plan make & implementation
• Managing field staffs and working with farmers
• Maintaining communication with all parties involved in the project
• Managing staff and working with farmers at the field level
• Others task when needed assigned by management
