• Age 18 to 45 years

• Candidates must have a motorcycle and be able to ride it.

• Must have the willingness and ability to work at the field level.

• Must be willing to work in Satkhira, Jessore, Jhenaidah, and Khulna Districts.

• Monitor, supervise, and guide branches to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide regular support and guidance to Branch Managers and Credit Officers to maintain performance standards.

• Lead the area team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for loan disbursement, loan recovery, and savings collection.

• Ensure proper implementation of organizational work plans and strategic objectives within the area.

• Motivate, develop, and appraise the performance of branch staff.

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members as required.

• Enforce discipline and uphold code of conduct to maintain a positive and professional working environment.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive reporting from all branches.

• Maintain proper documentation and records in line with organizational policies.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 3

• The salary during the probationary period is BDT 42,000, and after confirmation, the salary will be BDT 50,350 (excluding mobile and transportation allowances.

• Probation period: 6 months. Permanent appointment will be offered based on performance evaluation.

• After permanent appointment, PF, gratuity, and insurance benefits will be applicable.

• At the time of joining, a refundable security deposit must be submitted, which will be returned according to the organization`s policy.

• Other benefits will be provided as per the organization`s rules.
