Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

1. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

2. Provide technical support to Head Office and branch staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

3. Monitor and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and VPN services.

4. Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, databases, email systems, and cloud-based applications.

5. Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of organizational data through appropriate cybersecurity measures.

6. Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.

7. Install, configure, update, and monitor antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security solutions.

8. Maintain and update IT asset inventories, software licenses, and equipment maintenance records.

9. Coordinate the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.

10. Monitor the performance and availability of IT systems and recommend upgrades or improvements as required.

11. Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of ERP, MIS, accounting, HR, and other business applications.

12. Develop and maintain IT documentation, user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system configuration records.

13. Provide IT orientation and basic user training to employees on software, systems, and cybersecurity best practices.

14. Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, and external IT service providers to resolve technical issues.

15. Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, information security standards, and data protection requirements.

16. Support video conferencing systems, official websites, email services, and other digital communication platforms.

17. Respond promptly to IT incidents and minimize system downtime to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

18. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative IT solutions to improve organizational efficiency.

19. Prepare periodic reports on IT operations, system performance, asset utilization, and security incidents.
