Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Should have good skills in accounting software, auditing procedure, audit report writing, VAT and tax rules.
- MS Word and MS Excel
- Must be knowledgeable about NGO operations and operating environment in Bangladesh.
- Minimum of five years of experience.
- Willingness to travel extensively in the area of PSTC’s operations in Bangladesh.
- Strong sense of responsibility and have the patience to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively
- English language proficiency
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in all aspects of working
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities & Context: Coordinator (Internal Audit) is responsible for supporting the internal audit function by assisting in planning, executing, and reporting on audit assignments. The role ensures compliance with organizational policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. The Coordinator helps identify risks, recommend improvements, and contribute to strengthening overall governance. Overall responsible of total internal audit functions of the organization.
- Maintaining strict internal audit and control with in the organization.
- Evaluate the liability and integrity of information and the efficient and effective use of resources fund and budget.
- Conduct field audits of projects, clinics, offices, and financial operations.
- Review compliance with policies, procedures and national laws and regulations.
- Follow up on the progress of implementation of recommendations and directions to the executive Director as a result of the reports.
- To check all vouchers and report submit to the Executive Director.
- Maintain a working relationship and face external auditor of the undertaken projects.
- Perform field work in all locations.
- Present to management the results, recommendations and conclusions of audit reviews.
- Maintain respectful and effective communications and relationships with management and staff of areas under review.
- To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the PSTC as and when required.
