• Age 27 to 45 years

a.  Having good knowledge on Monitoring and Evaluation interventions at organizational, project and community level and on surveys and assessments tools.

b. At least 3-5 years working experience in relevant position with experience in Health, MNCH, SRHR, Adolescent and Youth Development and Gender intervention under any development organizations.

c. Have good computer knowledge on – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, KoBo/ Power Bi and using internet.

d. Able to carry out follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of the ongoing project as per project design.

e. Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordinate with Government, donor and the networks through teamwork.

f. Good facilitation and presentation skills.

g. Able to work in team and lead team.

h. Good analyzing and reporting skills (written and verbal) in both Bengali and English and able to prepare, interpret and disseminate monitoring reporting.

i. Able to work with vulnerable community with diversity. 

j. Having experience in implementing community development approach. 

k. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines and multitask.

l.  Positive attitude, proactive and creative character

m. Able to ride Motor cycle and have valid driving license.

• This position is primarily responsible for conducting the ongoing monitoring activities following the project guideline.

• To collect, manage, analyze all project data and produce relevant report.

• Actively involve and lead the different surveys and assessment, such as Annual assessment, Baseline and EOP, qualitative and quantities surveys, ColMEAL actions and PRA surveys.

• Also, will actively participate at the project evaluation session.

• Responsible for developing reports of different surveys and monitoring sessions and disseminating the findings with different stakeholders and management for taking appropriate action.
