Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ At least 5 years (s) experience in UI/UX field
Job Context:
∎ Media365 is looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
∎ Lead the UI/UX department and managing the UI/UX implementation of the ongoing projects.
∎ Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
∎ Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
∎ Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
∎ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and
∎ look like
∎ Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, diagrams and tables)
∎ Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to
∎ ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
∎ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
∎ Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, images, typography and graphic design.
∎ Keep up to date knowledge on design trends, technology, tools & resources
∎ Deliver idea how UI's could work better & suggest how to improve application user experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Blender, Lottiefiles, HTML & CSS.
Salary: Negotiable
