Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with modern Android libraries and frameworks (e.g., Jetpack, Hilt, Retrofit).
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., App Center).
• Familiarity with mobile app security best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in Android development.
• Proven experience with Kotlin and Java.
• Strong understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• A deep understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Kotlin coroutines and Flow.
• Strong knowledge of Clean Code architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
The Senior Android Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Android development, a deep understanding of mobile app architecture, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work with outside data sources and APIs.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the mobile applications.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
