Extensive experience with Laravel and PHP

Strong knowledge of database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations

Proficient in version control systems (Git).

Responsibilities & Context:

As the Backend Team Lead, you will oversee a team of talented developers, ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining high standards of code quality and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and APIs using Laravel.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues in backend systems.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to improve our backend infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for backend systems and processes.
• Extensive experience with Laravel and PHP.
• Strong knowledge of database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Proficient in version control systems (Git).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Vue.js, React).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
