• Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

• Plan and determine raw material requirements based on confirmed work orders, ensuring timely availability to support uninterrupted production flow.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels including Reorder Levels (ROL) for key materials, to prevent stock-outs while avoiding excess holding costs.

• Oversee storage and handling of raw materials, ensuring proper conditions are maintained to prevent damage and preserve material quality.

• Control and monitor issuance of materials to production against authorized Material Requisition Slips (MRS), ensuring accuracy and accountability.

• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, tracking lead times and delivery performance to ensure materials are received as per production schedules.

• Monitor material usage, floor returns, and wastage, implementing control measures to reduce losses and improve cost efficiency.

• Ensure accurate and real-time recording of all material movements in ERP systems, maintaining transparency and data integrity.

• Prepare and present reports on material consumption, stock levels, and procurement status, supporting management decision-making.
