Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Act as a liaison between departments, partners, and clients to ensure effective communication.
∎ Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
∎ Manage calendars for executives and ensure timely reminders for key activities.
∎ Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and team activities.
∎ Support project management activities by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
∎ Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and presentations.
∎ Facilitate collaboration among team members and provide administrative support for project tasks.
∎ Maintain accurate and organized records of communications, meetings, and project documents.
∎ Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
∎ Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
