Experience:
Minimum graduation or equivalent degree (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Motor Pump/ Water Tanks/ Pipe & Fittings/ or Smart Tools industry will be considered an advantage.
Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain dealer and customer relationships.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

We have Agri Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Power Tiller, Diesel Engine, Rice Transplanter, Water Pump and Others), Automobiles (Yamaha Motorcycles), Infrastructural Equipment (Kobelco, Case, Lovol & Jungheinrich), Tire (CEAT), Lubricants (Yamalube & Liqui Moly), Commercial Vehicles (Foton) & Diesel Generator (YorPower, Himoinsa & Wechai) etc. in our product line.
To continue the business growth and sustainability, we are looking for suitable job incumbents who will be responsible for achieving the sales target in the particular territory and implement marketing objectives in line with the business strategies.
Job Responsibilities
To achieve monthly sales target and objectives of the particular territory as per budget and ability to establish new dealers to expand market reach.
To update the supervisor regularly about any information, suggestions, criticism related with the activity and results of the territory.
To make the proper use of promotional tools judiciously according to well defined objectives and in line with the guidelines.
To arrange demonstration of different products in combination with marketing team as well as ensure proper product detailing to the customers.
To make routine visit to all the potential field to ensure availability of products.
To develop personal contract with the important opinion leaders in agriculture/ livestock department, trade and other important people of the society who may directly influence the business.
Be active and effective in the sales team apps/ groups through communicating activities & digitally active while in work.
To coordinate and effectively support the recovery team to ensure the desired credit level.
To organize retailers/ distributors briefing sessions as and when required basis.
To perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor time to time.
