Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target and objective of the region as per budget.
∎ Develop dealer network of spare parts in the assigned region.
∎ Make routine visits within the region to ensure the availability of spare parts and develop sales leads.
∎ Ensure proper product detailing to the customers and dealers.
∎ Visit the dealers frequently to ensure the sales as per budget.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to supervisors.
∎ Support marketing teams in organizing events and promotional activities.
∎ Organize dealer's briefing sessions when required.
∎ Routinely update supervisor about any information, suggestions, or criticism related to the activity and results of the territory.
∎ Submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound communication, social and selling skills.
∎ Ability to drive motorcycles.
∎ Mindset to work in any location within Bangladesh.
