Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the capacity to source new buyers and maintain effective liaison with existing/new buyers with a view to secure profitable orders and meeting export target.
∎ Capacity to achieve at least $2-3 million sales target.• Links with buyers and have the ability to get orders from brands.
∎ Lead and deal with the buyers independently for all the Marketing activities, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Keep liaison with buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processes, order follow-up and export planning.
∎ To act as a leader among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution of order
∎ Have to lead a team of marketing professionals and execute confirmed orders very professionally.
∎ Candidates having minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing activities of export oriented Knit Garments products in reputed manufacturing companies and dealing with EU, USA and UK buyers.
∎ Marketing and sales in identifying and evaluating market strategy based on market characteristics and cost.
∎ Analysis market trend to prepare marketing strategy and policy.
∎ Costing Calculation, Production Planning, Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly report as required by management.
∎ Have verse knowledge about seasonal garments order.
∎ Have details picture of knit fabrics manufacturing market.
∎ Responsible for creating & performing Marketing Garments products.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling & required information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyers.
∎ Have to manage client account from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain planning.
∎ Should have knowledge to work through special imported fabric.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Buyers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Candidate must keep close liaison with buyers & Suppliers for any update of the production. Co-ordinate customers/ suppliers visits and deploys resources accordingly.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process/procedure.
