∎ Summary: The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for Create and developing and executing marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
∎ This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives.
∎ Identify and target key market segments to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
∎ Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials.
∎ Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing, and content marketing.
∎ Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
∎ Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers.
∎ Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
∎ Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
∎ Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
∎ Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Food Industry .
∎ Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
∎ Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
∎ Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
∎ Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
