Requirements:

Skills Required: Data Entry (Both English & Bengali),Excellent communication and presentation skills,good listening skill,Should have capability to work under pressure

Additional Requirements:
  • Have mentality to work in any shift (9 am to 6 pm & 2 pm to 11 pm )



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive complaints from all approved channels

  • Log complaints accurately in the central tracker

  • Acknowledge customers promptly with empathy

  • Coordinate with internal teams for resolution

  • Provide timely updates to customers

  • Close complaints after customer confirmation

  • Escalate unresolved issues as per SOP
