∎ Training/Trade Course: Any certificates, training on RMG, Language skills on GermanFrenchEnglish
∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling, English (Language), Garment Marketing, Head of marketing, must have to strong communication skill

∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry, Garments Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced candidate who have solid practical knowledge on knit garment product manufacturing, merchandising, consumption, costing, pricing.
∎ The candidate will have to take full responsibility of marketing and business development for the factory(10-20 lines) round the year, report directly to Managing Director. He also needs to lead the merchandising team in the factory to execute the orders
∎ He needs to have wide range of marketing networks with buyers from local buying offices and overseas. Costing knowledge of sweater, woven will be added advantage.
∎ He must have nice presentation skill and promotion of the company to buyers

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to manage marketing for all the production lines round the year
∎ Communicate with Buyers both home and abroad, and organize meetings for business development. Maintain a very good relationship with customers.
∎ Should be able to promote company in new market and development of business
∎ Must be able to handle development stage activities independently
∎ Strong network with local and foreign liaison and buying offices
∎ Ability to deal with the Customers independently from inquiry level to shipment of orders
∎ Manage the whole merchandising department of the factory and also report to Top Management
∎ Ability to handle all technical problems arise during merchandising and bulk execution
∎ Must have sound practical knowledge on Knit Garments consumption, costing, pricing
∎ Fluent in English both spoken and written.
∎ Other foreign languages (German/French) skill will be added advantage for the candidate

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer skills required for marketing, merchandising
∎ Language Skills: English
