Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Develop Marketing Strategies
    • Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans aligned with company goals.
    • Identify target audiences and plan effective marketing campaigns.
  2. Conduct Market Research
    • Analyze competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends.
    • Collect and interpret data to support marketing decisions.
  3. Manage Campaigns
    • Plan, execute, and monitor online and offline marketing campaigns.
    • Measure campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Digital Marketing
    • Handle social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
    • Optimize content for SEO/SEM and run paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  5. Content Creation & Management
    • Create or coordinate the production of marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, blog posts).
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  6. Event Coordination
    • Organize promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
    • Represent the company at industry events.
  7. Customer Engagement
    • Engage with customers through email campaigns, surveys, and social media.
    • Collect feedback to improve services and customer satisfaction.
  8. Brand Management
    • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image across all platforms.
    • Monitor public perception and manage reputation.
  9. Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing with business development.
    • Coordinate with vendors, media, and agencies when needed.
  10. Reporting & Analysis
  • Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
