Responsibilities & Context: - Develop Marketing Strategies
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Identify target audiences and plan effective marketing campaigns.
- Conduct Market Research
- Analyze competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Collect and interpret data to support marketing decisions.
- Manage Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and monitor online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Measure campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Digital Marketing
- Handle social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Optimize content for SEO/SEM and run paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Content Creation & Management
- Create or coordinate the production of marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, blog posts).
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Event Coordination
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers through email campaigns, surveys, and social media.
- Collect feedback to improve services and customer satisfaction.
- Brand Management
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image across all platforms.
- Monitor public perception and manage reputation.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing with business development.
- Coordinate with vendors, media, and agencies when needed.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
