Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the steel construction industry, including structures, sheds, warehouses, cold storage, and industrial buildings.
- Identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and ongoing construction projects; share updates with management.
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports and support in implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Be proactive, hardworking, and willing to travel or meet clients when required.
- Handle any other marketing or business development tasks assigned by the management.
