• 1 to 3 years

• The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge & strong command on MS office, Excel.

• He/she should have the knowledge in Database, E-mail & SMS marketing to generate leads

We are a leading company engaged in providing real estate property development, land development & land related other services to our valued customers. To expand our business activities further we are looking for some energetic, skilled, self-driven and result oriented marketing executives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be self-motivated and dynamic

• Have excellent communication skill

• Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective customers

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

• Generating sales leads that develop into new customers

• Identifying and assessing customer needs to serve customers properly

• Assist in effective and result oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales

• Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members

• Collect and provide latest market information to the marketing team

• Should possess leadership quality & capacity to work in team

• Capacity to keep customer database with continuous drive to keep relationship with existing customers and to build new customer base for the company

• Should be well disciplined, energetic, confident and capable to work under pressure with positive attitude

• Must be proactive, self-motivated, willing to take initiative and result oriented

• Any other task assigned by Management
