In line with our continuous business growth, we require some legal experts at the level of Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager for the Legal Department who can serve the legal aspects of our company in full.

Job Responsibilities
Proven knowledge and skill in drafting of various deeds, including Deed of Sale, Baina Nama Deed, miscellaneous agreements, etc., through analyzing related documents
To review land-related documents for preparing land report/vetting/opinion before purchasing/signing of related agreements
Verify the authenticity of land documents through the concerned land-related offices. Sound knowledge of Mouza Map and other land-related issues
To look after and complete the land/agreement registration process with the concerned Sub-registry office, and subsequent completion of land mutation and other related documents
Proper knowledge on obtaining land, construction and occupancy-related permissions from different authorities like RAJUK, Ministry of Works, National Housing Authority, CAAB, and Fire Service & Civil Defense etc.
Devising contracts with agents, partners, or clients as per the laws
Providing legal assistance to the Human Resources team for employment matters and contract to draft for employment and other related matters
Preparing and sending legal notices to default clients, filing legal or civil cases against defaulting payments
Must have good negotiation skills to deal with disputed land property.
Preparing and sending legal notices and filing civil suits for land-related disputes. Timely review of such suits for quick disposals of verdicts in the company’s favour.
Preserving the company’s Intellectual Properties such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand names (registrations and renewals), etc.
Must have the capacity to manage all sorts of activities of the Legal Department
Sound knowledge of English
