  • The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge & strong command of MS office and Excel. She should have knowledge of Database, E-mail & SMS marketing to generate leads. Sound communication skills in English both speaking and writing, pleasant personality, smart & convincing skills, interpersonal communication skills and ability to learn quickly, self-motivated and attitude to take responsibility. The ability to type in Bangla will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • We are a leading company engaged in providing real estate, land development & interior related services to our valued customers. We are looking for pleasant looking Executive/Jr. Executive - Front Desk & Customer Service to undertake all related responsibilities of Front Desk & Customer Service Management functions. You will be the "face" of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression for value addition. The ideal candidate shall have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined, well dressed and well mannered. The candidate should have the capacity to deal with visitors’ requirements and complaints and give accurate information addressing the requirement. A customer oriented approach is a must for this position. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while they are on the visit of our business premises.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they feel comfortable while staying in our office.

  • Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers.

  • Meet all inquiries about the company and products.

  • Welcome, and acknowledge guests and direct the guest to the right officials to meet.

  • Give directions to visitors where they should approach.

  • Follow-up emails which will be given by top Management, notify important emails.

  • Maintaining different logs & registers.

  • Arranging official meeting schedules and appointments.

  • Responsible to keep all types of records relating to the Front/Reception Desk.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

  • Must be self-motivated and dynamic.

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.

  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members.

  • Should be well disciplined, energetic, confident & capable t work under pressure with a positive attitude.
