• Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• 5 to 7 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• 5-7 years of work experience with a reputed real estate company /Architecture consultancy company.

• We are a leading company engaged in providing real estate, land development and interior-related services to our valued customers. We want some ideal candidates for the post of Sr. architect who are self-motivated to use their skills to create the finest architecture design for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, design & decision making, preparing authority approval sheet, detailed working drawings

• Sound knowledge of Auto cad, Sketch up, Photoshop, 3ds max, Lumion, V-ray, MS Word, and MS Excel. (Must be highly skill in Auto CAD for Working Drawing)

• Sound knowledge of RAJUK sheet drawing

• Prepare BOQ and specification as per the design drawing

• Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety-related electro-mechanical work, verifying calculation and placements

• Proper planning for project specific information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality and user-interface design; creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work and dataflow, conducting creative meetings with related stakeholders.

• Maintain correspondence with engineers, contractor & consultant farm.

• Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues of the company.

• Sound Knowledge on Imarat Nirman Bidhimala and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).

• Sound knowledge of English
