∎ Diploma in Engineering in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Engineering, Production Operation Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development
∎ Design new systems and processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost-effective integration of new products or for the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations
∎ Assist with shop floor layout and station designs
∎ Design fixtures and tooling for assembly tasks
∎ Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions (Operation Standards/Process Sheets)
∎ Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions
∎ Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required
∎ Support the sourcing process for equipment to ensure the best quality for best price
∎ Support installation of equipment
∎ Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout
∎ Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
∎ Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training
∎ Contribute to continuous improvement activities
∎ Quality control of work by appropriate reviews. Support and lead process improvement activities
∎ Write reports and present progress at project meetings
∎ Achieve goals within budget
∎ Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial Engineering, Industrial production, Operation, Planning and monitoring, Production, Production Process.
∎ Relevant previous experience of Manufacturing / Engineering processes, tools, and techniques
∎ Experience in manufacturing Process design
∎ Understanding manufacturing processes, engineering, and other technical information
∎ Understand lean manufacturing
∎ Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
∎ Excellent negotiation skills
∎ Ability to present data effectively
∎ Understanding of Health and Safety practices
∎ An effective team player, actively leads, develops, and supports team members
∎ Ability to manage a team to achieve all goals & targets within budget
∎ An individual who is resilient, energetic, and enthusiastic, able to deliver results under
